Staff excellent, felt like 5-star. Well-located, short walk to historic center. Good breakfast. Old-world charm, big room. Helpful staff, booked airport transfer.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a lot of attractions and restaurants in the city. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations for places to eat. The breakfast served at the hotel was decent and a good way to start the day.
The hotel was noisy at night, and we could hear party-goers being really loud through the walls and outside. The street outside felt a bit sketchy and we didn't feel completely safe walking in the area at night.

Convenient location, a short walk from the historic center with lots of sights and activities. the breakfast offered was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful in giving directions around the area.
My Christmas stay here was not the best. the noise level was unbearable at night due to other guests partying late into the night.
